AT&T is the preferred community's internet service provider.

Residents use the PDK app for community access, including elevators and amenities. Apartment doors are accessed through the Yale Access app or code is given as well, and optional key fobs are available for purchase for $75.

​No. Resident parking is included and available on a first-come, first-served basis.  

​George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is approximately 25 minutes away, while William P. Hobby Airport is about 20 minutes away.

​Pearl Washington is a controlled-access community with gated entry and secured building access and have Virtual Blue Security in place. 

​Yes. The community offers controlled-access entry and an on-site courtesy officer and Virtual Blue Security.   

​Yes. Pearl Washington offers secure Parcel Pending package lockers for convenient package pickup and we also offer Concierge Services to further assist with packages. 

​Applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly base rent and provide two months of proof of income.

​Applications are typically processed within 72 hours or less, provided all required documentation has been received.  

​Move-in costs typically include prorated rent, your security deposit or approved deposit alternative, and the resident service fee.  

​Utilities are billed separately from rent. Residents are responsible for water, sewer, and applicable resident service fees.

​Pearl Washington offers flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 15 months, depending on availability.  

​No. Pearl Washington does not currently offer furnished apartments.

​No. Pearl Washington is a smoke-free community.

​Yes. Residents have access to our covered parking garage.  

​At this time, Pearl Washington does not offer preferred employer discounts.  

​Yes. Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Residents can call the leasing office after hours to be connected with the on-call maintenance technician.
